Tiger Woods’ bad luck with women continues.

Woods, 42, is in arbitration with ex-girlfriend Kristin Smith over a non-disclosure agreement he made her sign while the two were still together, ostensibly to keep her quiet if the relationship soured. According to TMZ, Smith, who ended their relationship amid rumors that Woods was unfaithful, is now attempting to get out of it with the claim that it can’t be enforced. Sources say she could have some dirt on the golfer.

However, Woods, who offered Smith money to sign the agreement, is reportedly fighting back. The father of two is threatening to release embarrassing photos of Smith if she violates the terms of the agreement. The matter has escalated to the point of arbitration involving attorneys for both sides.

Woods and ex-wife Ellen Nordegren divorced in 2010 after a sensational sex scandal in which it was revealed that he was having affairs with multiple women at the same time. He was subsequently treated for sex addiction.

Smith, a stylist is the ex-wife of former Dallas Cowboys player Gerald Sensabaugh. She and Woods dated from 2015-2017.
