UFC boss Dana White has said that Ronda Rousey is not returning to the UFC – after cracking an acting career in Hollywood – but has not retired from MMA.

Dana played a prominent role in building Rousey’s MMA career, describing her as “the greatest athlete I’ve ever worked with, ” after just four fights promoting her.

But Rousey’s career tumbled after a shock defeat to Holly Holm in 2015, and a 2016 comeback meltdown when Amanda Nunes beat her senseless for 48 seconds.

Rousey has landed her first big acting role in NBC’s prison drama ‘Blindspot.’ The UFC now see now way of getting the beaten star back into the fold.

When asked if another Rousey return is on the cards, White said that he does not see it happening.

“She hasn’t retired. She hasn’t told me she’s retiring, but I don’t think she’s coming back,” White said.

The UFC added that the 30-year-old Rousey is enjoying herself and having fun.

He added that if NBC does another season of ‘Blindspot,’ Rousey might be a regular character on the show.

And Rousey confirmed that she is set on continuing her career in showbiz.

Speaking to TMZ Sports, Rousey said: “Blindspot was awesome. I really loved it. I hope I get to go back.”

Elsewhere, a federal judge has blocked a sound engineer from releasing the late superstar Prince’s music, after the musician’s estate objected.

U.S District Judge Wilhemina Wright granted the temporary restraining order on Wednesday to stop the songs’ release and ordered George Ian Boxill to deliver the recordings to Prince’s estate.

The estate’s lawsuit said that the promoter signed a 2004 confidentiality agreement that the recordings would remain Prince’s sole property.

Judge Wright said she would schedule a preliminary injunction at a later date.
