Is Tyson Fury Stepping Out Of The Ring For Good?
By Keith Donnelly - May 19, 2022

Tyson Luke Fury was born on the 12th of August 1988.  He is recognized as a two-time world heavyweight champion in boxing.  it’s the third boxer do we have held the ring Magazine title twice only other people to have done so call Floyd Patterson in Muhammad Ali. Fury has made many contributions to the boxing world over his career. As of April this year he was ranked the world’s best active heavyweight boxer. A title that no one is to take lightly. With an amazing record behind him, it is no wonder fans are disappointed to hear that he will no longer be competing.

Fury is however happy with this decision, he believes that the time has come for him to step down and give other competitors a chance to show what they are made of. Having won his last two matches, he sees no point in competing further as he has all the money, fame, and glory the sport has to offer. He believes that his time has come to step down. Fans and other boxers however are disappointed at this as many of his competitors were waiting for the chance to compete against him. He was quoted saying there will always be someone else to fight with when is enough.

After 33 matches he stays unbeaten and will go into his retirement not having the chance to become the undisputed champion. This however does not seem to be bothering the champion, He is content with the winds that he already has and the titles he has gained through that. Is always hard when you have to say goodbye to one of the best that there is but we have to accept that this is it for fury. While he will be dearly missed by fans and his fellow competitors it is great to see that he is moving on. He says he would like to move on to enjoy his life with his family.
