The New England won’t end this season as AFC East champions. Here are the highlights:

• With the Buffalo Bills improving their record to 10-3 overall and 7-2 in the conference, the hopes of New England (6-7, 5-4) will not make the playoffs as they AFC East champions.
• The Bills also beat New England 24-21 in Buffalo last month.
• This will also be the first time since New England Coach Bill Belichick’s first season that an AFC East competitors has finished with more victories than the Patriots.
• The Patriots have won six Super Bowls, nine AFC titles and 17 division championships since 2001.
