“I’m on my own path and I do it my own way,” said Danis. “At the end of the day, people are just looking to hate on me for anything, so that’s just how it is. Everybody kind of wants to put me down. They’re trying to find something to use against me. … I don’t really give a s**t about who’s hating on me, or Conor this, Conor that. At the end of the day they just hate me and Conor.”
Dillon Danis said that he believes Conor McGregor will knock Floyd Mayweather out.
Conor “Notorious” McGregor, the only Ultimate Fighting Championship athlete to ever hold titles in two weight classes has not had any professional boxing experience. Many are reporting that he is set to face Floyd “Money” Mayweather, who many consider to be the greatest boxer of his era. Most sporting pundits choose Mayweather as an overwhelming favorite to win the fight because of the likelihood that the fight will be under Marquess of Queensbury rules. Recent Bellator signee, Dillon Danis, however, believes that McGregor would knock Mayweather out within five rounds of a boxing match. The jiu jitsu mixed martial arts star elaborated on the Monday edition of The MMA Hour.
“I just want to say, everyone is running [McGregor] down, but I think that he knocks [Mayweather] out,” said Danis.
Danis is a training partner and close friend of McGregor and many compare the two because of their dynamic personalities.
