Damian Lillard has been playing his heart out lately. He’s really gotten in the pocket and we’re seeing his progress up and down the court. Here are the highlights: 

• Lillard keeps showing us why he’s the top-notch contender for this year’s MVP
• In March 16th’s game against the New Orleans Pelicans, he led the Trailblazers from a 17-point deficit to take the victory in the fourth quarter
• He scored 50 points that night and made his presence known with 20 points in just the fourth quarter alone
• His shot was incredible because he made 13 out of 20 shots from the floor
• The influence he’s given to the Trailblazers could make them a dangerous team to go up against during playoff time
• Even with CJ McCollum and Jusuf Nurkic on the bench for most of the season, Lillard has shown and prove that he’s a leader and can take his team to new heights
• With a 30.6 point average this season, he continues to show why he’s a top contributor to the team
