“Stupid idiot!” this is a phrase often stated by one Chris Jericho. Hate him or love him, he is one of the most decorated and entertaining wrestling the roaster.

But as he turns 46 his wrestling abilities are not what they used to be. He has lost most of his agility and stamina, but what he has gained is mic experience.

He is one of the best personalities on the mic at WWE. So much so that it appears that he has forced his way back into title bouts. He was often assumed to be there just to have fun as he comes to an end of his career.

But after teaming up with Kevin Owens the duo have proved that they can be quite the couple.
With Owens the current WWE champion, he helped his best friend also capture a title that has eluded him for his illustrious 20-year career. Jericho pinned Roman Reigns to become for the first time in his career, the United States champion.

“With his United States championship win Monday, Jericho added yet another distinguished accomplishment to his long and illustrious career,” said Brian Campbell from ESPN. “He became just the seventh person in WWE history to have held a world title, a tag team title, the Intercontinental Championship, and the United States championship over the course of his career — a feat unofficially known as a grand slam.”

Reigns now turn his attention to Owens, who holds the championship belt. Owens has proven to be quite the athlete after being picked by Triple H to be champion after the GM Pedigreed Rollins.
